Before Early Sprin
What happens when nothing is explicitly wrong—yet something no longer feels right?
This interactive story follows a woman whose life appears orderly, reasonable, and complete. A stable relationship. A familiar routine. Evenings that repeat themselves with quiet reliability.
And then, one ordinary night, a small interruption.
The story unfolds through everyday moments: a late-night pharmacy, a shared silence, a dinner table that looks the same no matter what has happened before. Rather than dramatic events, the narrative focuses on subtle shifts—what is noticed, what is left unsaid, and what cannot quite be undone once it has been felt.
As a player, you guide the protagonist through a branching narrative shaped by restraint as much as action. Some choices are explicit. Others are deliberately absent. Not every turning point is something you decide—but each one changes how the next moment is experienced.
This story explores questions of agency, intimacy, and moral ambiguity:
-
Is staying always the same as choosing?
-
What does it mean to cross a boundary that no one has clearly drawn?
-
And who speaks for a life that remains faithful, yet quietly unsatisfied?
Visually and structurally minimal, the experience uses imagery, pacing, and constrained interaction to slow the player down, inviting reflection rather than resolution. The narrative does not ask the player to judge its characters, but to sit with them—to notice how easily a life can begin to shift without ever announcing that it has done so.
There are multiple paths and multiple endings, but no simple answers.
Only the question of whether awareness itself is already a step away from the life you thought you were living.
